Pretty decent I would say, packing 60 grams of protein per serve with tolerable amounts of fat and sugar. The calories stack up to close to 700 but the highlight of the product is really the proprietary ingredients which I fail to capture here... hahah.
Anyway, just keeping the basics in mind is what's important sometimes. Isogainer does taste quite nice, with a rich chocolate milk flavour. But it does take quite a while to shake down. Perhaps the serving size is quite large... although it's 3 scoops per serve but the scoop is larger than the usual 30 gram size and consequently, results in a 13 servings 5 pounder tub.
Well, there's always the 10 pounds size to consider.. heh
